BCB - Bar Convent Berlin - is one of the most important bar culture fairs in Europe. Moët de Chandon invited Anne to host the beautiful champagne dinner at the first evening of the BCB 2021. The theme of the evening was „Heroes … just for one night“ - inspired by David Bowies legendary song „Heroes … just for one day“. With this theme Moët de Chandon honors all the bartenders and people who work tirelessly at night in the gastronomy to create unforgettable moments for their guests. The event was all about coming together as friends, enjoying food, champagne and conversations. The delicious meals, created by chef Kristof Mulack, were served with three different Moët de Chandon champagnes.
For Anne it was amazing to host a beautiful event like this and to lead through the tasting of three delicious champagnes. „I’m a passionate bartender and to be able to host an event which brings other bartenders together in order to honor their work was very special to me“.
